Our villa Summerdream
was finished being built in 2001 and represents the beautiful style of Floridian architecture. It offers every luxury you might think of, including air-conditioning.
The villa is situated in the old yacht club areaon a 1000 sqm plot, on a salt water canal with access to the Gulf of Mexico, facing southwards
and is surrounded by a garden full of tropical plants and flowers. In only
a few minutes you will get to the Caloosahatchee-River by motorboat.
In the middle of the big terrace which is covered by a screen alongside the total width we have an solar heated pool.
Here we also
have sufficient comfortable garden furniture for a rest, a nap or lunch
and dinner outside.
Of course, there is a gas grill as well which can be used for a BBQ with
friends.
Besides the big terrace the villa
218 sqm livinng area has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, family and a huge living
and dining room as well as a typical American kitchen and there is enough
space for up to 6 persons.
The
living area presents itself in white ceramic tiles. In here you find one
two-seat and one three-seat pieces and a wall mounted shelf including a
cable TV set with 120 cm big screen (diagonal), DVD & VCR (NTSC &
Pal Norm) and a stereo device with CD player. Just behind the entrance is
the family room with dining room.
The
house provides wireless LAN ,high speed internet, with no charge for you.
there is a collection of music cd's and movies, in German or English language,
and you can choose to play some party games, that are also provided. Two
more guest bedrooms provide a set of DVD players and TV 's.
For the little ones comfort the house comes with a children high chair .
In our kitchen you will miss just nothing:
all household appliances such as dish washer, American fridge with ice cube
machine, mixer, microwave, oven with ceran top, coffee machine and much
more are already there.
It is completed by an elegant dish set and lots of accessories.
The furnishing
and the décor is kept in a friendly beige. There are 3 bedrooms,
a master with a king size bed, the second has a king size to and the third
two single beds.
Both bathrooms of the house are each equipped with a bathtube and also a shower.
You will find sufficient hand and bath towels as well as enough bed linen.
In the
garage you will find 3 bicycles for your disposal. Next to the garage is
our utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Telephone an fax machine are of course also available.

Landing stage with sport boat:
The way through the garden leads you directly
to the landing stage with boat lift and sun deck where a fantastic motor
boat is waiting for you. You will get it for free of charge at your sole
disposal.
It is an unforgettable adventure to drive into the open sea towars theses
many islands with wonderful beaches, passing little canals, overgrown
with palms and tropcial plants, and reminding you of Hollands famous canals.
